HCAC has enjoyed a diverse membership including local merchants, educators, public and private corporate representatives, human service providers, elected officials, and local residents. Membership is open to any person who supports the objectives of the Hispanic Community Affairs Council. Annual membership dues are established by the HCAC Board of Directors. The periodic HCAC luncheon membership meetings include a general membership meeting, a Holiday Reception for members and scholarship recipients and the annual Scholarship Awards Luncheon. The main focus of HCAC is to promote higher education in the Hispanic community through our annual Scholarship Program.
The work of the HCAC has been and continues to be driven by volunteers. Membership dues help to defray the cost of postage, printing, and our minimal operating costs. All other donations are spent as designated by our Sponsors.
