Yosaira Espinoza was born and raised in Hayward, CA. She graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Public Health. Yosaira was awarded the HCAC Scholarship from 2011-2014, and become a HCAC board member in 2015.
Yosaira has worked in various organizations, such as UC Berkeley, Kaiser Permanente, and currently at the Alameda County Office of Education. As a public health advocate, she is a strong believer in giving back to one’s community and supporting our young generations through their education.
Yosaira enjoys spending time with loved ones and the outdoors. She especially enjoys taking walks down the shoreline and playing soccer.
